Once a refund request is approved and the return process is completed, the refund amount will be initiated to the original payment method, wallet, bank account, or applicable payment source. Refunds are generally processed within 3–4 banking working days, although actual credit timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
Products that are customised, tailored, altered, stitched, made-to-measure, or specially prepared according to customer requirements are non-refundable and non-cancellable. Since these products are manufactured or modified specifically for an individual customer, they cannot be resold or reused once production has started.
The estimated production and delivery timeline communicated at the time of order placement should be considered before confirming a customised order.
By placing an order for any customised product, stitching service, made-to-measure outfit, or personalised design through The Fashion Base, you acknowledge, understand, and expressly agree that such orders fall under our Non-Refundable and Non-Cancellable Policy. By proceeding with the purchase, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and agree that refund requests for customised products will not be entertained once the order has been confirmed and production has commenced.
